It winds and ticks!

There were items of transitional technology, these are superb artefacts of a pre-LED/LCD Quartz era, where the basic mechanism of a standard jeweled watch was fitted with wheels under dial instead of overdial hands, to create these dramatic machines.

They still look sleek and modern at this time when it probably seem quite passed to be reading dials and gauges with hands. A beautiful vertical symmetry of this everlasting Endura. For sure, this special watchmachine gives a little nod to its heritage.

This unique timepiece is a vintage Endura triple digital read, floating hour wristwatch, reference 12103 DR, dated from the 1960's. It is a manual wind watch with a Endura Time Corp. A 70 movement, caliber EB 8800 (pin-lever escapement), 1 jewel, central second, date indicator, Swiss made.

This is a direct read or digital mechanical watch, the movement does not have a jump hour feature, it is a manual wind floating hour disc that revolves continuously as would a conventional hand.

It is a 34mm round case and lugs design. Very unique and stunning gold brushed dial with black and red colored direct read Arabic Numerals for the hour and minutes. Sweet red seconds hand ticking across the dial. The date indicator is located at 6. Also, the dial is signed with the Endura name.

The hour, minute and date numerals are in excellent condition.

This watch is coming with the original breathable, sport inspired, signed Swiss made and genuine leather two-pieces strap.

It is a very good looking wristwatch. After 55 years, it is still an unique watch, it is in great condition, keeps good time and runs very well.

This indeed magnifies any flaws. Usually, they are much less obvious to the naked eye. Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust light, when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.
