WHAT WE LOVE: 

The Henry Archer Skevens Sommer, limited to just 100 pieces, highlights what a combination of Danish, Italian and Japanese craftsmanship becomes; an extremely subtle, slick dress watch. As a microbrand, Henry Archer does not disappoint. They embrace their small company by incorporating aspects of their homeland, Denmark, into the watches. The double dome sapphire glass, curved at the top and bottom surfaces to ensure minimal distortion, is inspired by their local landmark "Isbjerget" in Aarhus, Denmark. In this way, Henry Archer knows that simple doesn't mean void of detail. 

We have decided to put the Sekvens on a black strap, emphasising the beautiful green and keeping that simple look, yet the watch also comes with the original Full-grain Italian brown leather strap.

Running this unique watch is a Seiko (SII) Calibre NH35A which has a 41-hour power reserve.

The Seiko (SII) calibre NH35A is a hand-windable, hacking upgrade from the Seiko calibre NH25A, and is currently one of the world’s most popular automatic movements and is widely available in many microbrand watches.
